FAQ

What is an Ext JS theme?

A theme enables you to easily change the look and feel of an Ext JS application.

Which versions of Ext JS are supported?

We offer themes for Ext JS 3, Ext JS 4, Ext JS 5, and Ext JS 6.

Are third-party components supported?

No. We concentrate on Ext JS components provided by Sencha only. However, having SCSS version of the theme should enable you to appropriately style those third-party components that you use in your application.

How can I buy a theme?

As of Nobember 2025, selling of themes is discontinued.

What does my license include? How long will I receive patches and future releases?

Depending on the type of the license you purchased, you will get the ability to download either precompiled CSS theme package, or the entire SCSS theme source, which enables you to easily tweak your theme according to your particular needs. You will also have access to all subsequent patches and theme improvements as long as we make them. For detailed usage terms and conditions, please read the accompanying license file.

Where can I see my purchases?

Please note that as of October 1, 2026, you will not be able to access any purchase info from Codaxy Store. Make sure to download everything you need and store it safely before that date. You can see all your purchases using Orders option from My Account in the left sidebar. There you have options to review licenses granted for each purchase and download any of your purchased themes.

How can I download latest theme updates?

Please note that as of October 1, 2026, you will not be able to access any downloads from Codaxy Store. Make sure to download everything you need and store it safely before that date. You can download all the updates for the themes you have previously purchased using Downloads option from My Account in the left sidebar.

How do I apply a theme to my Ext JS application?

Typically, all you have to do is unpack your theme to your project and reference the CSS from the package instead of ext-all.css in your page (you should also include the JS file if it exists in the package). For theme-specific information, take a look at our Documentation.

Am I allowed to host the theme CSS files on a CDN?

Yes, but you are not allowed to enable downloading the entire theme as a package file.

I have an issue that is not addressed here. Can you help me?
